Entrepreneurship and Employment

To strengthen the motivation for sustained recovery—especially among women—and to support their livelihood and vocational training, the institute has launched an employment workshop.

Currently, a sewing workshop is operating with experienced instructors and staff, offering on-the-job training in a supportive environment for individuals in recovery. By collaborating with organizations and companies committed to social responsibility and securing orders for clothing and related products, we have kept the production cycle active.

The proceeds from this work are not only allocated to the employed individuals but also used to implement and expand the institute’s programs.

Furthermore, the institute aims to increase its capacity and enhance the professional skills of its beneficiaries by launching additional job opportunities.
